These were taken at the most recent Best Friends adoption event at the La Brea Tar Pits - as you can see, Mavis is quite the lover. The black dog she is playing with is her best friend Porsche. Porsche is also loking for a home and is being kenneled right now too. She was a "leftover" at the Best Friends event before this last one and she is a really sweet girl.
